Overnight Boarding

For stays shorter than 7 nights, a late check-out surcharge applies when pick-up is more than 24 hours after drop-off. For any special care requirements, we always discuss potential additional costs in advance with a clear breakdown. Our terms and conditions apply to all our services.

A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. Your booking is only confirmed once we have received the deposit.
The remaining balance is due before the start of the stay. We will send you a clear, itemised cost overview in advance, including the nightly rate, any extras and the total.
Because we are a small-scale operation, every spot truly matters. When a reservation is cancelled last-minute, we often can’t accommodate another dog in time.
Free cancellation up to 4 weeks in advance (regular bookings) and 6 weeks in advance during holiday periods. After that, the deposit is non-refundable.

We’re happy to offer a comfortable pickup and drop-off service for our boarding guests. This service is by request only and depends on our schedule and vehicle availability. We only transport dogs that are comfortable in the car, are not too large, and won’t cause distress or damage during the journey.
Requirements: minimum stay of 3 nights. Distance is calculated as a one-way road distance from our address in Haarlem.

Rates are per one-way trip, per dog. A return journey (drop-off and pick-up) counts as two trips. Transport is usually easiest to schedule in the morning, evening or at weekends.
If your dog has special care needs — such as complex medication, extra supervision or care outside the standard daily routine — additional charges may apply. We always discuss this in advance with a clear cost breakdown, so you’ll never face unexpected surprises.
